I confirm that I have read and accepted the terms and conditions..We are pleased to welcome you to EASY ONLINE MARKETING COMPANY. The following Terms and Conditions govern your employment with the organization. You are requested to read them carefully and acknowledge your acceptance. You will be on probation for a period of six months at the end of which provided your performance has been found satisfactory you may be confirmed as an employee in the company. You will remain a contract employee until the probation period. You will get only a basic Income during the probation period. 1. Joining Formalities 1.1 The employee must accept and complete all joining formalities starting from the date of issue of the offer letter. If the offer is not accepted within three (3) days from the date of issue, the employment offer will be considered automatically withdrawn. 1.2 The employee is required to attend all scheduled meetings and report directly to their assigned reporting manager. 1.3 The appointment/confirmation letter will be issued only after successful completion of 10 days of employment and submission of all required documents. 2. Place of posting You will be posted at Work all over India. You may however be required to work at any place of business which the Company has or may later acquire. 3. Attendance Policy 3.1 The organization’s official working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 3.2 Employees must clock in between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and clock out between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. 3.3 Failure to clock out after 6:30 p.m. will be considered as absent for the day. 3.4 Clock-in after 10:00 a.m. will be counted as half-day leave. 3.5 Clock-in after 11:00 a.m. will be counted as full-day leave. 3.6 Employees who clock in but fail to clock out will be marked absent for that day. 3.7 In case of any half day leave, full day leave or emergency, employee should inform to their reporting manager in written. 4. Salary Terms 4.1 Employees must complete a minimum of 15 working days in a month to be eligible for salary for that month. 4.2 If an employee leaves the company before completing fifteen (15) days of service—whether the departure is initiated by the employee or by the company—the employee shall not be entitled to receive any salary for the period served. 4.3 Salary will be credited to the employee’s bank account on or before the 10th of each month. However, delays may occur due to bank holidays, strikes, or technical issues. 5. Leave/Holidays 5.1 You are entitled to no casual leave of day. 5.2 You are entitled to working days of no paid sick leave. 5.3 The Company will inform you in advance about the list of each declared holiday. 6. Company property You will always maintain in good condition Company property, which may be entrusted to you for official use during the course of your employment and shall return all such property to the Company prior to relinquishment of your charge, failing which the cost of the same will be recovered from you by the Company. 7. Borrowing/accepting gifts You will not borrow or accept any money, gift, reward or compensation for your personal gains from or otherwise place yourself under pecuniary obligation to any person/client with whom you may be having official dealings. 8. Termination 8.1 Your appointment can be terminated by the Company, without any reason, by giving you not less than One day prior notice in writing or salary in lieu thereof. For the purpose of this clause, salary shall mean basic salary. 8.2 You may terminate your employment with the Company, without any cause, by giving no less than One day prior notice or salary for unsaved period, left after adjustment of pending leaves, as on date. 8.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment summarily without any notice period or termination payment, if it has reasonable ground to believe you are guilty of misconduct or negligence or have committed any fundamental breach of contract or caused any loss to the Company. 8. 4 On the termination of your employment for whatever reason, you will return to the Company all property; documents and paper, both original and copies thereof, including any samples, literature, contracts, records, lists, drawings, blueprints, letters, notes, data and the like; and Confidential Information, in your possession or under your control relating to your employment or to clients’ business affairs. 8. 5 The company reserves all rights to fire you at any time by giving one day’s notice. 8.6 After resignation and termination from the company, the entire full and final process will be completed in 20 to 45 working days. 9. Confidential Information 9. 1 During your employment with the Company you will devote your whole time, attention, and skill to the best of your ability for its business. You shall not, directly or indirectly, engage or associate yourself with, be connected with, concerned, employed or engaged in any other business or activities or any other post or work part time or pursue any course of study whatsoever, without the prior permission of the Company. 9.2 You must always maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and keep as confidential the records, documents and other Confidential Information relating to the business of the Company which may be known to you or confided in you by any means, and you will use such records, documents and information only in a duly authorized manner in the interest of the Company. For the purposes of this clause, ‘Confidential Information’ means information about the Company’s business and that of its customers which is not available to the general public, and which may be learnt by you in the course of your employment. This includes, but is not limited to, information relating to the organization, its customer lists, employment policies, personnel, and information about the Company’s products, processes including ideas, concepts, projections, technology, manuals, drawing, designs, specifications, and all papers, resumes, records and other documents containing such Confidential Information. 9.3 At no time will you remove any Confidential Information from the office without permission. 9.4 Your duty to safeguard and not disclose Confidential Information will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement and/or your employment with the Company. 9.5 Breach of the conditions of this clause will render you liable to summary dismissal under clause above in addition to any other remedy the Company may have against you in law. 10. Notices Notices may be given by you to the Company at its registered office address. Notices may be given by the Company to you at the address given by you in the official records. 11. Applicability of Company Policy The Company shall be entitled to make policy declarations from time to time pertaining to matters like leave entitlement, maternity leave, employees’ benefits, working hours, transfer policies, etc., and may alter the same from time to time at its sole discretion. All such policy decisions of the Company shall be binding on you and shall override this Agreement to that extent. 12. If the person does not do the work & attendance given by the company and found involved in wrong activities against the company, than the company can close your Retainer working account and the person will not get any kind of amount. 12.1 All information given by you in the form correct. If it is found to be wrong, then your joining will be cancelled and you will not be given any kind of income. 13. The Company can change its terms & Conditions anytime according to the market and work and you will accept it. 14. Portal Charges 14.1 The Company will charge a portal fee of ₹ 499 the day after joining. Individuals must pay this fee. If they fail to pay this amount, their portal ID will be cancelled, resulting in their joining being considered cancelled. 14.2 The portal Id fee will only be refunded upon the first income. If the individual leaves the company or is terminated before the first income, the amount will not be refunded. 15. Governing Law/Jurisdiction Your employment with the Company is subject to Indian laws. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court Delhi only. The Company can change its terms & Conditions anytime according to the market and work and you will accept it.
