You are joining the company to work on a Retainer position.

The Retainer is not an employee of the company. The retainer just does the work given by the company and the company gives him income.

The retainer will have to do the given work at time and come to the portal every day from (clock In) at 9am to 10am and clock out from 6pm to 6:30pm. Along with this, the retainer will also have to submit a daily work report.

The job of a retainer is to manage the team. taking reports of the team and giving daily reports to the senior. Getting your team to complete the targets given by the company. All such tasks will have to be done which will be given by the company. After being join the company it will also be necessary to add 3 active person ( 3 days) for the company. You will need to attend appropriate senior meetings and get the appropriate work done from the company.

Your Work will start when you fill the active ID Form. Before that you will be considered to be in training and the company will not pay any amount for the training period. You will be counted as an working person from the next day of filling the ID Activate Form.

The retainer will get income from date 1st to 30th ( full month). Income will be given on 10th of every month. Also minimum attendance should be 15days. If that is less than the attendance for the whole month, then it will be given by joining in the next month.


If the person does not do the work given by the company and found involved in wrong activities against the company, than the company can close your Retainer working account and the person will not get any kind of amount.

The Company can change its terms & Conditions anytime according to the market and work and you will accept it.

The person will be independent to leave the job from the company. He can leave the company at any time.

All the information given by me in this form is correct. If it is found to be wrong then the company can take legal action against me.
