The retainer has to do marketing and recruitment work for the company. recruitment has to be given only once in the beginning. The retainer has to give 3 recruitment depending on the company. It is necessary to be working in the recruitment company. Retainer is your joining task of 3 Person. The person you have joined has to work according to the company. Whenever the company will give you income, the person you have joined will be checked whether he is at work or not. if a person is not at work, then the company will stop your income. Get your person to work for income or replace him with someone else. Also the process will be repeated after 7 days. Before receiving the income, The retainer has to fill his advance income form as well as a bank form. The company will transfer the income to your account only after verifying both the forms and getting the person you have chosen verified. The company will take 6 to 9 working days for verification. If the person does not do the work given by the company and found involved in wrong activities against the company, than the company can close your Retainer working account and the person will not get any kind of amount. The Company can change its terms & Conditions anytime according to the market and work and you will accept it. The person will be independent to leave the work from the company. He can leave the company at any time.
